Job Description

Stationed in the Head Office of Guardforce, this position will work with Commercial Team of GF Technovation, a spin-off from the Business Strategy & Transformation Department of Guardforce Group, to launch, implement and promote the new technology-based services – Gerontechnology, Robotics, Advanced Security Technology, Internet of Things, Smart Cities & miscellaneous up-trend tech business – and, hence, to introduce the leading model of intrapreneurship amongst the Group of companies.

Responsibilities:

-Assist in the execution of commercial development strategies and other business initiatives in order to achieve the financial targets

-Handle day-to-day account management, pitching, promotion and other sales administration duties

-Promote the launch of new services/businesses to external parties

-Contribute to the development of new products/services – Develop new product/service ideas, source the right technology/products, create service prototype and collaborate with internal stakeholders (technician) for testing and external stakeholders for promotion

-Develop, track, follow-up and report the ongoing progress of business development projects

-Conduct market research and market assessment to stay with the pulse of the tech-trend

-Liaise and build strong relationships with various internal and external stakeholders for the projects concerned and keep track of the contacts database

-Lead the creation of marketing materials, presentation deck and conduct presentation

-Schedule with prospective/existing business partners for business meetings

-Assist in coaching Sales Team(s) of branch offices in Hong Kong, Macau, Thailand and Australia

Requirements:

-Bachelor Degree’s holder, preferably in Entrepreneurship / Economics / Computer Science / Electronic Engineering or other discipline. Master Degree is a plus

-Sales experience in technology-based services is an advantage

-1-3 years of work experience. Previous experience in client-facing and/or dealing with technology (e.g. robots, security technology, Internet of Things, sensors, etc.) will be an advantage. Fresh graduate will also be considered

-A strong business acumen with good planning and analytical skills

-Passionate about learning, enhancing services and developing execution plan

-Proactive and possess a positive can-do attitude; can work independently

-Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills

-Excellent command in spoken & written English and Chinese, fluent Putonghua

-Proficient in MS office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
