Responsibilities :

  • Take on board specific tasks and strive to learn the recipes and methods on the menu positively
  • Work in a specific area of the kitchen and ensuring its quality and standards are maintained
  • Manage the section and take action where necessary to ensure smooth running of the section at all times
  • Carry out duties as shown and maintain a high standard

Qualifications :

  • Have a strong background as a Commis Chef in a 1* - 2* Michelin Starred restaurants
  • Have to be creative , flexible and have a can do attitude
  • Have a strong passion for food
