Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepares food in line with training received
  • Follows recipes and instructions
  • Ensures proper handling, storage and usage of raw and cooked materials

Job Requirements:

  • Secondary school or above, culinary diploma/certificate is an advantage
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience, including training and/or internships
  • Fine dining experience is an essential requirement
  • Good command in Cantonese and English is required
  • Polite, willing to learn, self-motivated and positive working attitude
