Good opportunity to work with professional senior management to diversify your skills in corporate communications in a multi-national seafood company. Reporting to the Director of Public Affairs & Communications, we are looking for an energetic communications talent to join the team.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Corporate Affairs and Communication

  • Provide research and reporting capacity in developing and implementing public issues management, corporate messaging, company policies, plans for external and internal communications and Enterprise Risk Management.
  • Media monitoring and distribution of media reports, maintain the Group’s media archive and contact database
  • Assist in research into and drafting responses to media enquiries
  • Upgrade & maintain websites including investor relations sections and other Group social media when needed
  • Facilitate internal communications and engagement including intranet and employee newsletter
  • Act as a primary contact for PR agencies and outsourced vendors
  • Assist senior management in group restructuring


Investor Relations

  • Manage database of all investors, bondholders, creditors, investor meetings including frequency and details of contact
  • Participate as required in dialogue with investors and creditors, including preparation of meeting minutes and FAQs
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for investor meetings, roadshows and major business projects and coordinate conference calls and meetings with investors
  • Share price and bond price monitoring - Preparation of weekly Share Price Analysis report of listed entities


Corporate Identity and Design

  • Oversight of corporate identity materials and style guides
  • Coordination of design projects including Annual Reports of listed entities, expositions, marketing materials etc.



  • Consolidate Group Social data for Sustainability reporting & assist in Sustainability Report production
  • Plan and execute sustainability initiatives and employee wellness activities



  • Degree in Communications / Public Relations 
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Corporate Communication, Investor Relations, exposure in listed companies is preferable
  • Knowledge in financial reporting is advantage
  • Energetic, mature, well organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
