Description

The candidate is expected to

  • Take lead of the PR and Communications team and work closely with senior executives of the group;
  • Set up, define, and create appropriate communications strategies to facilitate the group's rapid developments;
  • Oversee the group's portfolio of business and provide insightful leadership to advise fellow subsidiaries to respond tactfully when appropriate;
  • Develop media network, monitor content qualities, and keep track of stakeholders responses
  • Support marketing teams of inter-business units in marketing planning and developing marketing communications materials, as well as organising anchor group events
  • Monitor marketing results and budgets for the department

Profile

The ideal candidate should:

  • acquired a degree from Communications/ journalism/ language/ business administrations/ marketing or other relevant disciplines from a recognisable university;
  • attained at least 10 years of working experience, with 3 of which in managerial grade or above
  • specialised in PR, marketing, media relations, crisis management, or have worked in positions alike previously - agency background candidates are welcome;
  • Bilingual proficiency in both Chinese and English will be crucial, any additional third language would be an advantage;
  • Superior organisation and project management skills with creative ideas
  • Can work well in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace; mature and flexible with an entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered as Associate Director
