What are your responsibilities?

• Developing and executing communications strategies to enhance the corporate brand

• Reaching out to key stakeholders, business partners and internal parties by creating and implementing community focused engagement programmes

• Facilitating and strategizing the internal communications to support the business changes

• Designing, organising, facilitating and evaluating communications workshop & retreats for all levels of membership regarding new business initiatives, culture formation and providing feedback for management

• Developing and implementing fun and interactive learning solutions on new initiatives and changes to ensure staff members are in high acceptance level

• Collecting feedback and suggestions from staff members throughout the change process and reflect to management with solutions

• Ensuring all programs, activities and actions are well organised within timeline and budget, and all the project planning processes are well managed according to the company pre-set guideline and compliance

• Work closely with HR department in building effective internal communications strategies


What skills/ qualification will you need?

• Bachelor degree in Communication, Marketing, Human Resources or related discipline

• Min 10 years of experience in communications, preferably in hospitality or F&B sector

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese


Who would be suitable for the position?

• Creative and proactive manner when approaching work and new projects

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command in MS Office and Chinese word processing
