I am looking for Community Associate/s who are passionate in building a community and connecting people to be part of their great team and awesome business culture.

The role

  • Community Management & Events
  • Front desk and building operations 
  • Develop community initiatives designed to create connections between members
  • Meet with members to resolve issues, process member terminations and other issues of complexity
  • Seek opportunities to engage members to discover and discuss members’ objectives
  • Identify opportunities and act on them to connect members
  • Design and implement rules, guidelines and best practices for the community to optimize member experience
  • Recommend best practices, including but not limited to: community management, sales, events, training, and member experience on a company-wide level
  • Take responsibility for sales and community dynamics
  • Engage in the larger community of the market by attending events and networking with local start-ups and organizations

Experience and requirements needed for the role: 

  • Relevant experience in customer service, hospitality related roles and/or in a sales environment is essential
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and mpathy
  • Passionate and with understanding for entrepreneurial communities
  • Candidates with experience in Aviation, Hospitality, Events Management and Customer Service related roles is an advantage
