Community Associate

Job Responsibilities

  • To build and consolidate a close community within Ozone
  • To greet and welcome Ozone members and guests at the front desk, and handle enquiries professionally
  • To answer phone calls professionally and provide relevant information accordingly (e.g. membership, service hours, events, etc.)
  • To handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and couriers
  • To update and keep clear records of meeting/appointment/event calendars
  • To process orders, forms and applications
  • To keep records of client interactions and transactions, and to record details of enquiries, complaints and comments, and where appropriate, take actions accordingly
  • To provide concierge services to Ozone members and guests
  • To handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks


  • Customer service, event organisation, book-keeping and administration skills
  • Self-starter, who is constantly motivated to achieve more
  • Experience in co-working space, serviced office, business centre and/or other hospitality industries highly preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in an organised manner
  • Proven ability to be flexible and adaptable
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills

* Candidates with more experience would be considered for the position of Senior Community Associate.
