Community Host (Receptionist)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and create a collaborative community through events and relationships between members
  • Serve client by greeting, welcoming, directing and address them appropriately
  • Answer calls professionally to provide information about membership and events etc.
  • Receive and sort daily mail / deliveries / couriers
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings / appointments / events
  • Process orders, forms and applications
  • Keep records of customers interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments
  • Follow up to ensure customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Maintain a high level of alertness and professionalism by anticipating and responding to guest and clients’ potential needs, requests or queries
  • Be the go-to person for all our members
  • Act as concierge to our members
  • Get to know the rest of the team and have fun!


Requirements:

  • Customer service, sales, event, bookkeeping and administration skills
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Experience in other hospitality industry are preferable
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner
  • Proven ability as a flexible and adaptable person
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
  • Outgoing, friendly, responsible, organized and sociable personality
