Job Responsibilities                  

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the department.
  • Maintain and update the statutory records of the Group companies.
  • Prepare minutes and related documentation and returns required by law.
  • Administer the day-to-day insurance requirements of the Group companies and attend to annual renewal of the Group’s insurance.
  • Attend to the annual audit of the Group companies

Job Requirements 

  • Student or graduate of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries / The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
  • Minimum 1 year Company Secretarial experience.
  • Proficient in CSA software and Microsoft Word (exp. with Excel and PowerPoint is preferred)
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese/ Cantonese
  • Meticulous, self -motivated, sensible and logical and with effective communication skills
