Company Secretarial Assistant

AMS Trustees (HK) Ltd

Duties:

  • Assisting with the offshore and onshore incorporation, filing, all secretarial services provision to the clients
  • Providing support to company secretarial department on daily operation duties
  • Filing and maintaining proper record by email, cloud, hardcopies etc ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Taking instructions given by assistant manager/manager for performing secretarial services for the clients
  • Handling other ad-hoc matters when required

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in corporate administration, corporate governance or relevant disciplines
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good communication and problem solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Assist in maintaining proper statutory books and records
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the department
  • Assist in handling full range of company secretarial duties of companies within the Group
