Company Secretarial Assistant

APEC Group International Limited

Responsibilities

  • Perform company secretarial duties for Hong Kong private & offshore companies;
  • Prepare statutory forms, arrange for filings and to maintain and update statutory records;
  • Assist in preparing annual compliance documents including Annual Return and Annual General Meeting;
  • Assist in preparing circulars, board papers, board minutes and resolutions and assigned tasks; and
  • Assist in ad hoc project.

Requirements

  • Higher Certificate/Diploma or above of Corporate Governance or related field;
  • Minimum 1 year related working experience gained in professional firms in company secretarial practice;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and preferable Mandarin);
  • Excellent computer skills including CSA, Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
  • Willing to learn, strong sense of responsibility, hardworking and detail-minded;
  • Immediate availability preferred; and
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
