Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Company Secretary in providing a full range of professional services in respect of statutory compliance duties
  • Arrange meetings’ materials, prepare notices, agendas, minutes and announcements for the companies
  • Coordinate with relevant parties for the preparation of interim/annual reports, liaise relevant regulatory bodies and documentations keeping
  • Provide general secretarial and administrative support to the team
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments when required

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or above qualification in relevant disciplines
  • Student member of ICSA or HKICS
  • Minimum 7 years working experience in handling company secretarial duties with at least 2 years at supervisory or managerial level
  • Experienced in handling corporate finance matters
  • Hong Kong listed companies exposure is a must
  • Practical experience in dealing with PRC company secretarial matters is an advantage
  • Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Listing Rules and related ordinances and regulations
  • Familiar with corporate governance, connected transactions and notifiable transactions
  • Accurate and attention to details, able to work under pressure
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available is preferred

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Company Secretarial Manager /Company Secretarial Senior Officer/Officer.
