Client Details

Our client is a main board listed property developer. Due to business expansion, they are currently hiring a Company Secretarial Manager and this role will report directly to the CFO.


The Company Secretarial Manager will provide support to the company with duties including but not limited to:

  • To ensure compliance of statutory and regulatory matters of the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group"), including compliance with Companies Ordinance, Securities and Futures Ordinance ("SFO"), the Hong Kong Listing Rules and other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements;
  • To organise board, committee and shareholders meetings;
  • To maintain records and to ensure proper filings of corporate documents;
  • To provide compliance advice on material transactions and corporate matters of the Group;
  • To liaise with the Hong Kong stock Exchange and other regulatory authorities;
  • To draft announcements, circulars and interim/annual reports;
  • Handle ad-hoc company secretarial related assignments.


The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and attributes:
  • At least 5 years' related experience in which has at least 3 years from listed companies;
  • Member of HKICS;
  • Good understanding of the requirements of Companies Ordinance and Listing Rules;
  • Ability to organize well, attend to details, work under pressure;
  • Positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Chinese (including Mandarin!)
