Company Secretarial Manager

Southwest Securities (HK) Financial Management Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Assist for preparation of annual/interim reports, announcements and circulars
  • Prepare board, committee and shareholders’ meeting papers and minutes
  • Maintain proper statutory records, registers and corporate records
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as and when assigned
     

Requirements:

  • Degree holder preferably in translation/language or corporate governance
  • Student member of HKICS
  • Over 8 years’ experience in the company secretarial area, at least 5 years of which are listed companies’ experience (prior working experience in the PRC listed company will definitely be an advantage)
  • Attentive to details, well-organised, self-motivated, mature, independent, hardworking with good administrative skills and strong sense of responsibility
  • Good Mandarin and Chinese writing skills are essential
  • Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel)
     

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Company Secretarial Manager / Senior Company Secretarial Officer.
