Company Secretarial Manager


To lead, develop and train the Corporate Secretarial team in compliance with company standards, policies and procedures with overall responsibility for the teams ad-hoc revenue, accounts receivable and other KPI's.

Main or key responsibilities

  • Building, fostering and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients and third party intermediaries
  • Providing technical advice to clients and staff for complex matters, using internal expertise as required
  • Identifying growth and/or opportunities within the team's portfolio of clients
  • Acting as authorised signatory for companies and nominee companies
  • Setting standards of service delivery
  • Maintaining high quality and efficient internal administration
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards, policies and procedures
  • Coordinating with the team on any adhoc jobs or projects

Essential experience and qualifications

  • Member of HKICS or ICSA
  • Minimum of five years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong verbal and written command of English and proficiency in Mandarin
