  • University graduate preferably in corporate governance or translation/ language
  • Student member of HKICSA
  • Over 8 years' experience of working in the company secretarial area
  • Experience in listed company is a must
  • Attentive to details, well-organized, self-motivated, mature independent, hardworking with good administrative skills and strong sense of responsibility

Job Duties:
  • Handle full range of company secretarial duties i.e. maintain statutory records and registers, prepare board minutes etc
  • Prepare board and board committee meeting papers
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
