  • Qualified professionals in company secretaryship (HKICS / ICSA Associate Member)
  • 8 years or above solid experience in company secretarial field with over 3 years’ relevant experience in listed companies
  • Independent and meticulous with good communication and analytical skill
  • Excellent leadership, responsible and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good PC knowledge
