Company Secretarial Manager

  • Degree holder with training in company secretaryship or related
disciplines, and be a ICSA qualified member
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in sizable and listed companies,
of which at least 4 years are at managerial level
  • Knowledge in regulatory requirements of Macau is an advantage
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese is
mandatory; and knowledge in CSA is preferable
  • Effective interpersonal, presentation, analytical, planning & organizing skills
  • Able to work independently with good initiatives
and attentive to details are essential.
Job Duties:
  • Perform company secretarial work for the group of companies
  • Assist in compliance with corporate governance requirements
practices and procedures
  • Prepare annual report, interim report, announcements and circular
and correspondence with Stock Exchange
  • Organize and prepare for board meetings, committee meetings,
shareholder meetings and draft minutes;
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Main Board listing requirements
and all relevant statutory and regulatory matters of the Group
  • Develop asset management and comprehensive leasing plans
