  • Perform full spectrum of company secretarial duties, corporate governance and compliance functions
  • Prepare annual / interim reports, announcements and circulars
  • Organize board meetings, board committee meetings and shareholders' meetings
  • Monitor relevant compliance requirements and implement compliance procedures as required
  • Maintain and update company secretarial records, registers and statutory filings
  • Assist in handling ad hoc assignments
  • Degree holder in relevant disciplines and Associate Member of HKICS/ICSA
  • At least 12 years of company secretarial experience gained from sizable professional firms or listed companies
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Listing Rules, Securities and Futures Ordinance and Companies Ordinance
  • Experience in handling compliance matters with the Securities and Futures Commission is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS office applications
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Mature, well-organized, self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work independently
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Company Secretarial Manager
