Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle a full spectrum of company secretarial duties to the group and its subsidiaries
  • Prepare board resolutions, minutes, annual returns and related materials
  • Organise board meetings, committee meetings and general meetings
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and admin company secretary work
  • Handle listed company announcements / circulars or other necessary public disclosures as well as any securities or corporate filings 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder with membership of ICSA / HKICS
  • At least 3-5 years solid company secretarial experience in listed companies
  • Solid knowledge in the HK Listing Rules, Companies Ordinance and other statutory compliances and regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications with Chinese word processing
