  • Handle full range of company secretarial duties of the Group and its subsidiaries;
  • Maintain/update statutory records and filing system;
  • Liaise with other professional parties, bankers and government authorities;
  • Assist in day-to-day activities and ad-hoc projects of the Company Secretarial Department.



  • Degree or above in Business, Law, Management, Accounting or Corporate Governance;
  • Associate member or student member of HKICS / ICSA is preferable;
  • At least 3 years of relevant company secretarial experience of which 1 year gained in a sizeable firm;
  • Well-revised in company secretarial practice, Companies Ordinance, compliance procedures and other statutory requirements;
  • Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Good interpersonal skills, independent, self-motivated, well-organized, and having a sense of responsibility;
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to work under pressure; and
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
