Company Secretarial Officer / Assistant Company Secretarial Officer

  • Degree / Diploma holder with professional training in company
secretarial and administration, accounting or related disciplines
  • Student / Graduate member of the HKICS/ICSA
  • Minimum 3 years' solid company secretarial experience, preferably
gained from sizeable professional firms or commercial organization
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and company secretarial
practice for Hong Kong and overseas companies
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin
speaking is an advantage
  • High proficiency in PC operations such as CSA, MS-Word & Excel
  • A team player with positive attitude, good organization skill and
detail-minded
