Company Secretarial Officer, HK Listed

Our client is a sizable and reputable conglomerate that plays a leading role within the infrastructure, property and transportation industry. With headquarter in Hong Kong, they are looking for a high calibre candidate to join them as a Company Secretarial Officer.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Managing full range of company secretarial matters, including but not limited to preparation of minutes and resolutions of board/general meetings, preparation and filing of statutory documents for companies incorporated in various jurisdictions;
• Assist in preparation of annual/interim reports, circulars, announcements and SFO and HKEx filings;
• Work closely with the management team and the Board of Directors
• Assist in ensuring Board materials are properly prepared
• Assist administrative tasks assigned and ad hoc projects when required

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Degree holder in business, corporate administration or related disciplines
• HKICS/ICSA member preferred but not a must
• At least 3-4 years of experience in the Company Secretary field in listed companies
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese
• High degree of independence and motivation
