  • Reporting to the Joint Company Secretaries
  • Responsible for handling company secretarial matters for companies incorporated in Hong Kong, offshore and PRC
  • Maintain/update statutory records and regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate board and shareholders’ meetings and prepare related meeting materials
  • Assist in preparing announcements, interim and annual reports and circulars
  • Liaise with internal and external parties on company secretarial issues
  • Handle ad hoc assignments


  • Diploma/Degree Holder
  • At least 2-3 years relevant experience
  • Well-versed in company secretarial practice and an understanding of the requirements of Companies Ordinance, Listing Rules and SFO
  • Good command of Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
  • Good team player with Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications with Chinese word processing
  • Responsible, well-organized and independent
