Corporate Services Officer - Company Secretarial / Corporate Services

  • Membership or student membership of the HKICS / ICSA with Degree
in related disciplines is preferred
  • At least 2 years relevant experience gained in professional firms,
exposure to dealing with foreign clients is an advantage
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping & accounting will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of CSA software program & PC skills are essential
  • Excellent communication skills & high proficiency in both written &
spoken English are essential
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered Corporate Services
  • Provide corporate secretarial services for companies incorporated in
Hong Kong, the British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Samoa & Seychelles
  • Coordinate activities relating to administering portfolio of clients
  • Assist in the preparation of annual returns notices for AGM & EGM
  • Attend to ad hoc secretarial services for various jurisdictions
