Company Secretarial Officer/Assistant

AMAC Human Resources Consultants

  • Have at least 2-3 years company secretarial experience, in
professional firms
  • Have a working knowledge and be willing to undertake a full range of
company secretarial works, with particular regard to BVI and HK
companies
  • Understand good corporate governance and compliance
  • Be able to attend to and draft company minutes and resolutions
  • Be willing to organize and maintain company secretarial records
registers and Company Registrar filings
  • Be a HKICS student member
  • Be self-motivated, independent, hardworking, eager to learn and be
able to work under pressure
  • Be proficient in English, with a working knowledge of Mandarin
  • Have PC knowledge of MS Word and Chinese word processing
  • Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Company
