Company Secretarial Senior

Responsibilities

Working as part of a team, the successful applicant will be responsible for a full range of company secretarial duties. This will include but not restricted to:-

• setting up of companies in different jurisdictions,
• preparing board minutes and resolutions, attending to corporate and regulatory filings and statutory requirements, etc;
• managing a portfolio of client companies and involve in extensive client contact,
• advising clients on company secretarial matters for Hong Kong and overseas companies, and other related responsibilities as assigned
• Support the Corporate Secretarial team in providing a full range of professional services in respect of statutory compliance duties to client companies

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma holder of relevant stream with 2 to 3 years experience in the company secretarial field, professional/law/CPA firm background will be at an advantage
• Ideally a member of HKICS/ICSA or finalist, possess knowledge of corporations in Hong Kong and offshore jurisdictions
• Proficient in MS Office with strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Chinese
• A good team player with integrity who is independent and thrive working in a dynamic and challenging environment
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in CSA
