  • Complete secondary education
  • At least 2 years working experience
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent English and Mandarin speaking
  • Knowledge of MS office and Chinese word processing
  • Responsible, mature, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
  • Good time management skill
  • Ability to take initiative and carry out tasks with limited supervision
  • Candidate has knowledge and experience in company secretarial tasks will be an advantage

  • Perform company secretarial and administrative work
