Company Secretary Assistant / Officer

  • Membership or student membership of the HKICS / ICSA and Degree in related disciplines is preferred
  • 1-2 years relevant experience gained in professional firms, exposure to deal with foreign clients is an advantage
  • Knowledge of CSA software program and PC skills are essential
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting will be an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative organisational and time management skills
  • Good interpersonal and team working abilities and a pro-active attitude, even under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in both written and spoken English are essential
  • Mature, self-motivated and has a strong sense of responsibility
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Corporate
Secretarial Assistant

Job Duties:
  • Assist in the preparation of annual returns, notices for AGM and GM and minutes and resolutions
  • Assist to ad hoc secretarial services for various jurisdictions including, but not limited to, change of directors or secretaries transfer of shares, amendment of memorandum and articles of association, change of company name and other corporate filings
  • Assist with billing the client for annual fees and ad hoc charges
  • Liaise and correspond with relevant authorities
  • Other job related duties as assigned
