Responsibilities:

  • To handle full range of company secretarial matters for clients
  • Handle statutory compliance and licensing matters
  • To assist in ad hoc assignments

Requirement:

  • Diplomagraduates in Business/Accountancy or equivalent
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Strong computer skill is preferred
