An excellent opportunity for an experienced company secretary to joining a leading financial group.
Our client is a leading asset management company in Hong Kong providing a comprehensive range of financial services to a variety of clients.
Key responsibilities will include:
Handling full spectrum of company secretarial duties of the companies within the group of the Company, with companies incorporated in HK, PRC and other jurisdictions;
Handling the communication with SFC on matters relating to licensed corporation, and DI filings;
Assisting in the preparation of meeting agenda, board papers and minutes of the Group companies and the committees;
Coordinating the documents execution;
Liaise with regulators, lawyers, and external service providers and advisors during the course of works;
Keep checking on the changing statutory requirements and development of international corporate governance practices.
The successful candidate will have over 5 years relevant experience and be a Degree holder with ICSA/HKICS membership. They should possess sound knowledge in Companies Ordinance, SFO reporting requirements and relevant compliance regulations and corporate governance developments, and have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is essential; Putonghua is a plus.
