- To handle company secretarial services to Hong Kong and offshore companies
- Liaise, negotiate and coordinate with the clients and other business parties
- Assist in other ad hoc assignments
- 1 year or above customer services experience or practical experience in handling company secretarial duties gained from professional firm is preferable
- Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Chinese word-processing)
- Knowledge in CAS is preferable
- Well-organized, good attitude, attention to details and deadline-conscious
- Diploma holder of company secretarial course is preferable
