We are searching for dynamic and high caliber company secretary on behalf of our client, an expanding corporate services company located in Wanchai/TST. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Handle a wide range of company secretarial matters for Hong Kong & offshore companies from a portfolio of clients
  • Facilitate successful establishment and maintenance of HK and offshore jurisdiction companies
  • Set up the accounts, books and records of new companies
  • Prepare minutes, resolutions and other statutory documents
  • Update and maintain statutory filings and corporate records
  • Liaise with the clients and respond to the enquiries timely
  • Liaise with other corporate agents and professionals in Hong Kong and worldwide 

Requirements: 

  • Tertiary educated or above in Company Secretarial studies or related disciplines
  • 1 year or above relevant experience
  • Attentive to details and able to work independently
  • Mature with good communication skill
  • Able to handle the cases and clients independently
  • Fluency of spoken and written Chinese and English, including Mandarin
  • Recent graduates or those are interested in switching career to company secretary profession are also welcome to apply for entry position
