About the job

  • Responsible for performing Compensation and Benefits operation work, including but not limited to payroll calculation, MPF administration, tax return filing, leave management, medical insurance, commission scheme review etc.
  • Maintain and update employee records and information in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Participate in C&B projects such as salary survey and benefits analysis.
  • Prepare monthly reports for management review.
  • Assist in reviewing and developing HR policies, guidelines and procedures, ensuring compliance to HK labor ordinance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).

About the talent:

  • Degree Holder majored in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in C&B and Payroll management, preferably with experience from FMCG/Retail industries.
  • Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations. 
  • Strong analytical and excel skills.
  • Detail-minded, numeric sensitive, well-organized and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Candidate with more experience may be considered for the post of Senior Compensation & Benefits Executive.
