Compensation & Benefits Manager

Dah Chong Hong (Motor Service Centre) Limited

Job Duties:

  • Monitor all C&B operations covering Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Myanmar
  • Partner with HR service teams to achieve company objectives and support company growth
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with statutory requirements
  • Design and review incentive programs and remuneration components
  • Support budget preparation, annual salary review, bonus, benchmarking and tax reporting exercises
  • Advise management on all C&B matters and compile regular reports for management review

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience with at least 3 years in supervisory role in a sizable organization
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Strong numerical sense and analytical skills
  • Familiar with MS Office applications. Conversant with Peoplesoft is a plus
  • Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant legislations
