Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of payroll & HR administration works such as payroll & MPF/ORSO administration, taxation, employee compensation and performance management etc.
  • Update and maintain staff records in the HR management system
  • Communicate with all levels of staff and external partners for HR related matters
  • Prepare various regular HR reports and support audit projects in monthly basis
  • Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least THREE years’ solid experience in Compensation & Benefit
  • Good analytical and organizing skills
  • Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
  • Strong sense of responsibility, independent, meticulous and well-organized
  • Proactive and able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • 5-day work week and working location in Quarry Bay
