Compensation & Benefits Officer / Senior Compensation & Benefits Officer

Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of payroll & HR administration works such as MPF/ORSO administration, taxation, employee compensation and performance management etc.
  • Communicate with all levels of staff and external partners for HR related matters
  • Prepare various regular HR reports and support audit projects in monthly basis
  • Administer C&B related programs
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years’ solid experience in Compensation & Benefit
  • Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
  • Strong sense of responsibility, independent, meticulous, well-organized and able to perform multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-minded, strong numerical sense with high degree of accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese
  • Immediate available is an advantage
