Compensation & Benefits Officer / Senior Compensation & Benefits Officer

  • Responsible for all-rounded C&B functions, including payroll, taxation, leave management, final payment, MPF contributions, employee’s compensation, market survey and benchmark
  • Ensure salary and related payment in compliance with local law and in a timely manner
  • Handle routine maintenance on employee database and ensure all personal records are up-to-date and accurate
  • Assist in C&B policies and procedures review and implementation
  • Compile regular HR related statistics and reports for Management’s review
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments or projects when assigned


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Business related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years' HR experience with strong focus in C&B
  • Sensitive in figure and familiar with employment, MPF and tax ordinance
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
