Compliance Administrator (CSR)

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with HQ for factory registration and status updates
  • Liaise with relevant department for Factory Registration documentation and process
  • Update internal database and other related platforms
  • Arrange external audit with third party
  • Manage debit notes and other related document
  • Distribute and communicate Company Guidelines and Requirements with factories

Requirements:

  • Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years administrative experience.
  • Compliance experience is an advantage
  • Self motivated, and able to communicate at all levels
  • High degree of work ethics and integrity
  • Good team player
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in German is a plus
  • Good PC knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint)
  • Positive thinking, adaptability to change, detail minded
  • Responsible, available to work independently
  • Able to work in high pressure environment
  • Travel on request
