A rare opportunity with this organisation has risen as they seek for an independent and detail oriented individual to join as Compliance Assistant Manager (KYC/CDD/AML/Top-Tier Professional Services group/Company Secretarial). The successful incumbent will develop the skills handling top-tier corporate client services support in financial institution with promising career progression and learning opportunities to compliance exposure.

 

Responsibilities  

  • Handle daily CDD/AML matters in various global markets
  • Perform quality checks on KYC documentation requests along with CDD researches, corporate clients' record maintenance, information review, etc. 
  • Advice on the development and implementation of compliance policies, procedures and monitoring programs on AML related activities, compliance manual and core control documents that meet regulatory requirements
  • Ensure timely, complete and accurate documentation review for corporate client records
  • Conduct and report on compliance monitoring on a timely basis, including but not limited to client acceptance review and regular review
  • Coordinate annual tax reporting e.g. FATCA reporting, from multi-jurisdictional and assist with Common Reporting Standard (CRS) implementation
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Law, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years' of experience in KYC/AML/CDD/FATCA/CRS with sound knowledge of company secretarial work; open to candidates with company secretarial exposure with proven record in offshore corporate clients experiences
  • More experiences candidate will also be consider as Compliance Manager
  • Customer oriented and be sensitive to client responses
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
