Compliance, Assistant Manager

PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk

Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement an effective compliance of legal and regulatory requirements of bank at Hong Kong branch; review & provide advisory services on policies, procedures, manuals, banking products and business propositions etc. in accordance with the HKSAR laws and regulations, the market practices and the actual circumstances of the bank; conduct compliance training, participate in compliance risk assessments, handle information requests and enquires from local regulators and perform all necessary reports and materials to head office and management; act as AML / CFT Reporting Officer; any ad hoc task by management

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor degree holder or above in banking/finance/law/accounting with AML/CFT certificate

- Solid experience in compliance review related matter, familiar with the banking ordinance and local rules, codes and guidelines issued by HKMA

- At least 3 years working in banking industry, hands-on audit experience is preferable

- Fluent in English and Cantonese, excellent written skill is required and proficiency at office software applications e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Good communication and interpersonal skill, self-motivated and can independent work
