Compliance Associate Manager

Fresenius Medical Care Asia-Pacific Ltd

Based in Hong Kong, at the Asia Pacific Headquarters and reporting to the Sub-region Compliance Officer - Greater China & Taiwan, this position will be responsible for providing compliance guidance to business and support on business partner acceptance activities. 

K ey Areas of Responsibilities in Detail:

  • Provide guidance on all compliance matters relating on LCO and Business Partner Acceptance including, but not limited to FCPA, UKBA, AML and KYC issues 
  • Acting as a consultant to both internal and external stakeholders to advise on business operations and investigations
  • Assist in continued review, improvement and development of compliance trainings, initiatives, guidelines and policies in accordance with the company’s business needs
  • Support compliance audits and work with business to identify problems and implement corresponding corrective actions
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned 
Qualifications, Experience and Characteristics Required:
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant work experience
  • Degree in Law, Economics, Accounting or related discipline, with FCPA knowledge
  • Prior experience in healthcare compliance is preferred 
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to details 
  • Self-motivated, organised and a team player 
  • Proficient in Chinese and English communication with good interpersonal skills
