Compliance Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage business operation, including all SFC regulated activities to ensure full regulatory compliance and good market practice
  • Establishment and implementation of compliance policy/procedure covering any update of laws and regulations affecting the business 
  • In-charge of overall internal review/controls of marketing materials and external documents
  • Coordinating KYC, AML-related issues and projects
  • Handle internal compliance review and control, to ensure compliance policies and procedures are followed and maintained under the rules and regulations
  • Analyze and monitor the operational risks of the company, e.g. trade limits, failed trades etc
  • Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder or above in Law, Business, Finance or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience, preferably in SFC regulated institutions
  • Mature, responsible, detail minded, with the ability to handle multiple tasks independently under pressure
  • Professional mannerism and proactive working attitude
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese including fluency in Putonghua
