Compliance Manager

  • Provide compliance advice and solutions to Group management and business units;
  • Manage and liaise with SFC and regulatory bodies on all compliance related matters/enquiries;
  • Conduct trade surveillance, AML and other compliance checks to ensure full compliance under regulatory standards;
  • Review, update and enhance the compliance frameworks on the Company's various business activities and initiatives;
  • Undertake any ad hoc assignments as required.
  • Communicate with external lawyers for business issuesand a broad range of legal documents;
  • Keep abreast of regulatory developments and provide regulatory updates on company policies, internal control procedures & manuals;


  • Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance or related subjects;
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experiences gained in financial industry ;
  • Sound knowledge of relevant compliance rules and regulations issued by the SFC & HKEX;
  • Analytical,self-motivated, ability to work under pressure;
  • Excellent presentation and problem solving skill;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
