Compliance Officer / Assistant Manager / Manager

  • Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance, Business or related
discipline
  • Minimum 3 years experience, previous experience in brokerage firm
would be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills and be able to work under
pressure
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese,
Mandarin is a Must

Job Duties:
  • Responsible for developing and reviewing the company's current and
new business regulated activities to ensure all product and services
are in compliance with all relevant rules and regulations
  • Recommend and advise business line managers to implement adequate
procedures and controls to comply with all applicable regulations
laws and codes
  • Handle SFC license applications, notifications and related licensing
matters
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required
