Compliance Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in establishing and implementing compliance policy/procedure in accordance with group policy, covering any update of laws and regulations affecting the business 
  • Coordinate KYC, AML-related issues and projects
  • Handle internal compliance review and control, to ensure compliance policies and policies and procedures are followed and maintained the rules and regulations
  • Analyze and monitor the operational risks of the company, e.g. trade limits, failed trades etc
  • Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder or above in Law, Business, Finance or related disciplines
  • 2 year relevant experience, either worked at SFC regulated institutions or compliance consulting firms
  • Mature, responsible, detail minded, with the ability to handle multiple tasks independently under pressure
  • Professional mannerism and proactive working attitude
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • More experience will be considered for more senior position
