Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform AML/CFT functions on a continuous basis, including the detection and reporting of suspicious transactions and activities, ad-hoc projects/assignments related to AML/CFT;
  • Perform day-to-day Client due diligence checking/review/approval;
  • Support the end-to-end Client management process, including on-boarding/off-boarding Clients;
  • Contribute to building and maintaining Client records and databases;
  • Provide Compliance support to other internal departments;
  • Ensure CIGP policies and procedures adhere to regulations and performed to CIGP standards;
  • Support the Compliance Manager with regulatory filings as appropriate; and
  • Demonstrate commitment to regulatory requirements and guidelines with a high level of ethical standard.


  • Five years of relevant professional experience, either in an AML or Compliance function for a financial regulated firm or a major accounting/audit firm;
  • Mature candidates with international exposure preferred;
  • Fast learner, team player with a collaborative mindset;
  • Problem solving attitude with a positive thinking and ability to see tasks to completion;
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Full working proficiency in English, additional language (Mandarin/Cantonese, French, German or Italian is a plus); and
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
