Our client is one of the global 500 fortune firm and their services reaching to high net-worth corporate clients around the globe. A rare opportunity with this organisation has risen as they seek for an independent and detail oriented individual to join as Compliance Officer(Global 500 Fortune firm/Financial Services/In-House compliance). The successful incumbent will develop the skills handling compliance duties in financial institution with promising career progression and learning opportunities.




  • Handle,establish and carry out all compliance functions to ensure that the group adheres to internal standards and external regulatory requirements
  • Perform quality checks on annual compliance plan, review internal compliance policies and procedures
  • Advice on the development and implementation of compliance training to enrich internal awareness of compliance and risk program in accordance with local regulatory requirements and Group training objectives
  • Analyze potential risks of non-compliance and identify areas for improvement with remedial measure and provide recommendations to management accordingly
  • Conduct and report on compliance monitoring on a timely basis, including but not limited to client acceptance review, corporate clients' complaint and regular review
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects




  • Degree holder in Law, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years experiences in an in-house compliance role in Financial services group, Professional services firm or insurances etc 
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in banking / consumer finance industry is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications and Chinese word processing Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
