The Compliance team is looking for a dynamic, experienced individual to help us with the management of building and improving Compliance programs. You will work alongside Compliance Officers, other Compliance Program Managers and the operations team along with key cross functional stakeholders to support a top-of-class Compliance program. In this role, you will:

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Compliance related policies and processes in line with Foris' products and businesses; ensure richness and maintain best-in-class quality of documentation
  • Lead tactical planning and execution of Compliance initiatives
  • Represent Compliance’s voice and provide cross functional support to the product and business teams
  • Support internal governance structure for Compliance assets i.e. centralized repository, transaction monitoring systems, third party vendor tools, etc.
  • Be an industry leader in Compliance for Foris' product space, staying up to date on regulatory landscapes and changes across regions globally
  • Provide ongoing support to all areas of the Compliance team

Requirements:

  • End-to-end experience in program building from conceptualization to delivery of product
  • Data driven mentality leveraging quantifiable information to help drive solutions and priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills working alongside internal and external stakeholders across all levels of organization
  • Details oriented mindset to build calibrated, well-thought out project plans
  • Experience drafting clear and concise policies and procedures
  • Previously worked with software engineers and data scientists preferred
  • Respect for and interest in financial rules and regulations, concurrently with a mindset to innovate in the spirit of those restrictions
